At CozyButtons, we aim to provide the best customer experience. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below:

1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or wrong.

 
2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 
3. Exchange

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
